1. Binding Agreement

3. Returns Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every shopping experience at Soleviah. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. If items are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
3.1 Return Time Limit
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of order receipt
3.2 Return Conditions
Products must meet the following requirements:
- Remain in new, unused condition
- Original packaging, tags, and any included gifts must be intact
- All accessories and documentation must be included
3.3 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been worn or used
- Items damaged due to personal reasons (scratches, stains, perfume residue, etc.)
- Personalized or customized products
3.4 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Use trackable shipping methods when returning items

Order number, payment proof, and product photos
Step 3: Review Process
Our team will review within 3 business days
Step 4: Return Item
Use provided RMA number for return
Step 5: Refund Processing
Processed within 3 business days after inspection
3.6 Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t comply with our policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
3.7 Quality Issues
For product quality problems:

- Provide order number, payment proof, and product photos
- Our team will provide appropriate solutions for quality-related returns
